Ordering & Delivery
Cassandra Goad is a designer and maker of fine jewellery. All jewellery is designed and manufactured in-house and can only be ordered from the store on Sloane Street in London, by phone or through the website.
Ordering a jewel from Cassandra Goad is very simple: either telephone us on +44 (0)20 7730 2202 or order online before 14:00 and your jewellery will be sent by special delivery the same day and should arrive the next day (Monday to Friday) within the UK. If you place your order after Friday 14:00, it will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Deliveries within the UK cost £10. We can also deliver your jewellery by courier so that you can get it the same day. Please call the store on +44 (0)20 7730 2202 if you would like same day delivery. Same delivery costs £20 to central London postal codes via courier.
Deliveries abroad arrive within two to three working days in Europe and the US, or within two to seven working days for the rest of the world. All delivery to overseas addresses are sent by courier please phone us on +44 (0)20 7730 2202 or send us an E-mail.
Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the client.
For purchases over £500, delivery within the UK is free of charge. Parcels will need to be signed for in person so please state delivery address as an address where you will be present at the time of delivery (home or work). In the event that no-one is available to receive a Special Delivery item a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot.
You can, of course, order over the telephone or online and collect your jewellery at the store on Sloane Street.
All jewellery comes in layers of beautiful Cassandra Goad boxes, tissue paper and navy blue ribbons. Please let us know if you would like your jewels gift wrapped when placing your order.
In case your order is a present or you would like us to send it to a different address, please let us know when placing your order. The invoice will always be sent to the billing address unless you tell us otherwise.
All orders will be charged in Pounds Sterling but you can use the currency conversion by using the currency conversion icon on the website.

We carry most items in the Current Collection or the Cassandra Goad Classics in stock. In the unlikely event that an item is not in stock we will give you an estimate of delivery but usually it would take four to six weeks. In relation to the Cassandra Goad Archive (which are specifically ordered for you), delivery will be from six to eight weeks. Of course we will make every effort to deliver your jewels as soon as possible and do call us if there is a deadline for a special occasion and we will try to help you. We will send you an estimated time of delivery when we confirm your order.

If you don’t like your jewellery once you receive it, you may return your item and we will refund your purchase (See our Returns Policy). Naturally, special orders are final sales.

Special Services
If you urgently need your jewellery for the evening (and are based in London) or require a bespoke service such as an engagement ring or a special gift, please call on +44 (0)20 7730 2202. We endeavour to accommodate your special requirements outside our standard services.
For special order items, such as those that are made to order, please call one of the above numbers to request. Special orders are generally unique pieces made especially for you by one of our designers. Depending on the item, delivery may take up to 8 weeks, as the diamonds/stones are sourced and customised for you.
Gift Vouchers
You can purchase gift vouchers from Cassandra Goad. These will be added to your shopping basket as a normal item. Your gift vouchers will be sent to you or the recipient of your gift in the post.
Gift vouchers are available in any demonination. Gift vouchers are beautifully printed and come with uniquely generated codes. Your gift recipient will be able to redeem them against any jewellery purchase by entering the unique code at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges
For any Cassandra Goad jewels ordered over the phone or online, you can return it as long as you follow our Returns Procedure. If, for whatever reason, you do not like your jewellery, you must request a Return Authorisation Number (“RAN”) within seven days of delivery. Postage for returns is free of charge within the UK. You can obtain a RAN either by calling us on +44 (0)20 7730 2202 or by E-mail at returns@cassandragoad.co.uk.
Once you have received your RAN, please follow the instructions carefully.
We request that all goods being returned from within the UK are returned within three days of issuing your RAN. International returns should be shipped within three days of issuing your RAN number.
Items which have been worn or have had the security tag removed cannot be returned.
Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of Cassandra Goad and can only be refunded as a credit note.
Exchanges are possible, but exchange items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. Items which have been worn or have had the security tag removed cannot be returned.
We strongly advise all clients to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. If, upon receipt of an order, any item has been received with no security tag you need to notify by phone or E-mail the day of receipt for the returns policy to be valid.
In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Union.

How to proceed if you would like to return your goods from the UK

2. All returns for any particular order need to be returned in one shipment. Any subsequent returns from the same order may incur additional shipping charges to you.
3. Items must not be worn and must have the security tag intact and attached.
4. The RAN number should be written on your original invoice, the return-shipping label, and the Returns Form. Please complete the Returns Form and enclose with the original invoice.
5. Please place items in the original packaging and ensure the outer box is completely sealed.
6. You must send all returns through Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery. You should take your item for return to a Post Office for return by Royal Mail Special Delivery within [three days] of receiving the RAN. The return address and License number is stated on the pre-printed label supplied with your goods. Failure to obtain an RAN or to return goods other than via Royal Mail Special Delivery does not affect your statutory rights.
7. You will not be charged for the return shipping of the item as long as you use the Royal Mail Special Delivery Response sticker which is enclosed with your original documentation. This sticker displays the returns address: Returns Department, Cassandra Goad, 147 Sloane Street, London SW1X 9BZ, UK.
8. If you wish to exchange, please email us with your preferred item and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock.
How to proceed if you would like to return your goods from overseas
1. Please call us on +44 (0)20 7730 2202 or E-mail us at returns@cassnadragoad.co.uk within [three] working days of receipt of purchase and ask for a Return Authorisation Number (“RAN”).
2. All returns for any particular order need to be returned in one shipment.
3. Items must not be worn and must have the security tag intact and attached.
4. You will be issued with a FedEx telephone and account number. The items must be shipped within [three days] of receiving an RAN. Please ensure that you write clearly on the FedEx paperwork that the item is being returned.
5. The RAN number should be written on your original invoice. In addition, please complete the Returns Form. Please put the item in the original packaging and seal it securely.
6. Once we have received the item(s) we will refund the amount due to your credit card. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that for all international returns, £25 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the returns postage. This helps to keep our overall shipping expenses to a minimum.
How to proceed if you wish to return faulty goods
All items of jewellery at Cassandra Goad are inspected for quality of craftsmanship before sending it to the client. In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, please follow the same procedure as for returns as set out in the returns section.
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged.
Exchanges are possible if the item is available. We can only exchange faulty items for the same item subject to availability. If you wish to exchange a faulty item, please make your request clear when requesting your RAN.
Where possible items may be repaired on request but only where such items are deemed faulty and can be repaired.
Receiving a refund
Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including sales taxes for all EU country shipments excluding shipping charges. International customs duties and sales taxes are non- refundable for shipments outside the European Union. Please also note that an extra £25 is deducted from the refund for returns from outside the UK.
Alternatively, you can request a Cassandra Goad credit note that can be used against future purchase at Cassandra Goad.
Gift Returns
If you have received an item from Cassandra Goad as a present you can return it for an exchange or a credit note. Please call us on +44 (0)20 7730 2202 to arrange an exchange for the product or request a credit note. You will be charged for any difference in cost and any additional shipping, taxes and import duties.

Cassandra Goad are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. This privacy policy explains how we process customer information and the procedures that we have in place to safeguard your privacy.
1. The Information we collect and how we use it
When you register to use our website we need to know your name, postal address and e-mail address. To process an order we also need your credit card number and expiry date plus any security details that the credit card processor may require. This information takes place in a secure environment where your details cannot be accessed by anyone except for customer services at Cassandra Goad. We use [Datacash and Barclays] – both highly respected and secure payment services – to process your payments. If for any reason you do not wish to give us your credit card details on-line, you may instead download the form from our website and transmit these details by fax to our fax number +44 (0)20 7730 2282.
We gather this information to allow us to process your registration, process any orders you may make and to contact you with information regarding your order. The relevant information is then used by us to communicate with you on any matter relating to the conduct of your account and the provision of the service in general.
We may use aggregate information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring website usage in order to help us develop the website and our services. These statistics do not include information that can be used to identify any individual.
From time to time we may provide some information to our customer service agencies for research and analysis purposes so that we can monitor and improve the facility we provide. No personal information regarding your account is passed to these agencies.
If you opt in to receive further information then we may also provide you with information about special features on our website or any other services or products we think may be of interest to you. Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Goods through the website. You are connected to the User Agreement for [Alchemy Design & Works Ltd t/a Cassandra Goad, registered address [ ]. This service is operated by Cassandra Goad (Cassandra Goad Ltd and cassandragoad.co.uk each separately and together in this Agreement, “we”, “us” or “our”).
1. The Contract between you and us
We must receive payment in whole for the price of the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an e-mail to you at the e-mail address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Only adults (persons aged 18 and over) are entitled to enter into legally binding contracts and as a result are the only people entitled to transact through this site. Any other individuals who are unable to perform legally binding contracts are prohibited from ordering goods using this site. If you do not qualify do not use this site.
2. Pricing and Delivery
2.1 The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website.
2.1.1 All of our prices are in UK Pounds - any other currency displayed on the site is for comparison only. You will be billed in UK Pounds and if you purchase from outside the UK, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card or displayed using our currency converter.
2.2 You may be required to pay extra for delivery and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. Our delivery charges are set out in our website.
3. Right for you to cancel your contract
3.1 Subject to 3.3 below, you may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the date you receive the ordered goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty.
3.2 To cancel your contract you must notify us by e-mail at returns@cassandragoad.co.uk or telephone us on +44 (0)20 7730 2202.
3.3 Your right to cancel your contract with us for the goods you have ordered is subject to:
a) You not having worn or damaged the jewellery.
b) You not having not removed the security tag from the item.
c) You calling us within three days of receiving your goods and receiving a Returns Authorisation Number (“RAN”).
To return your item within the UK:

9. For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings, unless they are defective or faulty. Items which are engraved or embossed cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are defective or faulty.

4. Cancellation by us
4.1 We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if:
4.1.1 we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
4.1.2 we do not deliver to your area; or
4.1.3 one or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
4.2 If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
5. Delivery of goods to you
5.1 We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that there is somebody to sign for and take delivery of the goods from the delivery service used.
5.2 All orders within the UK are delivered using Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Delivery Charges:
- For delivery within the UK we charge a flat fee of £15 and the delivery will arrive within 1-3 working days.
- For delivery overseas we charge a flat fee of £25 and the delivery will arrive within 1-7 working days.
- For urgent orders within London postcodes, you can use our London Express courier service for which we charge a flat fee of £20.
- Returns within the UK are free of charge, but the cost of returns from overseas will be deducted from your final refund – see our returns policy above.
5.3 You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been dispatched to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
5.4 We make no promise that materials on our website are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United Kingdom, and accessing the website from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If you choose to access this site from locations outside the United Kingdom, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
5.5 If your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs.
6. Liability
6.1 If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by E-mail of the problem within three working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
6.2 If you do not receive goods ordered by you within three working days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail or telephone at our contact address of the problem within seven days of the date on which you ordered the goods.
If you notify us of a problem under this condition, our only obligation will be, at your option either:
6.2.1 to make good any shortage or non-delivery; or
6.2.2 to replace any goods that are damaged or defective; or
6.2.3 to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
6.3 Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify us of under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question under clause 6.2.3 above.
6.4 You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
6.5 Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
6.5 We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in possession of the courier or Royal Mail.
7. Notices
Unless otherwise expressly stated in these terms and conditions, all notices from you to us must be in writing and sent by e-mail to our contact address at jewels@cassandragoad.co.uk and all notices from us to you will be displayed on our website from time to time.
8. Invalidity
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
9. Privacy
You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy.
10. Third Party Rights
Except for our affiliates, directors, employees or representatives, a person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the UK Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from that Act.
11. Governing Law
Each and every transaction carried out is deemed to be completed within the United Kingdom and therefore shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law. The terms of this charter (and any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claims of whatever nature in relation to them) shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation thereto.
12. Entire Agreement
12.1 These terms and conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us. Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by us. Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.
12.2 We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy completeness or suitability for any purpose of the information and related graphics published on our website. From time to time our site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.
13. Trade Marks
Alchemy design & Works Ltd/Cassandra Goad is the operator of www.cassandragoad.com. All trademarks, product names and company names or logos sited herein are the property of their respective owners. No permission is given by us in respect of the use of any such brand names, photographs, product names or titles or copyrights and such use may constitute an infringement of the owners’ rights.
14. Events Beyond our Control
We will not be in breach of this Agreement or otherwise liable for any delay in performance if to the extent that any delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
