Delivery & Returns

UK Delivery

Order by 1pm Monday to Thursday for FREE next day working day delivery. Please note that orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be sent the next working day.

Need your jewels urgently? For clients based in London we will endeavour to help you arrange same day delivery. If this is necessary please call our showroom on 020 7730 2202 to discuss your options and get a quote.

All Cassandra Goad jewellery is sent to you fully insured, so you can be confident that your purchase is in safe hands.

Order by 1pm on Thursday 21th December to guarantee your jewels arrival before Christmas.


International Delivery

Cassandra Goad jewellery can be sent anywhere in the world via FedEx. Please contact us for more information on prices and timings.

Please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the client.

Order by 1pm on Monday 18th December to make sure your jewels arrive before Christmas.


Gift Wrapping

All online and telephone orders are gift wrapped by hand using our signature blue and gold boxes completely free of charge.



We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if this is not the case then for items purchased on line or over the phone we will be happy to refund you.

You will not be able to return any goods if they have been worn or have had the security tag removed. If you receive any goods which do not have a security tag you need to notify our team by phone or e-mail immediately.

To arrange your refund, please contact our showroom within three working days of delivery. This can be done either by phone on 0207 730 2202 or by emailing showroom@cassandragoad.co.uk.

Having contacted the showroom, the pieces should be sent back with their original packaging and a copy of the invoice. Once this has been received by our team we will get in touch to arrange your refund.

We recommend you send all returns through Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Alternatively, you can bring your items to our Sloane Street show room in person.

If you wish to exchange, please email us with your preferred item and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock. Please note that we will not be able to send the new items until we have received your original return, and if a refund for the difference is due this will be processed.
