Inspired by the opulence of the Maharaja's palace, where Cassandra brushed past some silk curtains held back by heavy woven cords, from which hung a collection of delicate tassels. The elongated and swollen 'seed-pod' like tassels were threaded with minute pearls and separated by a panel of ornate silk. Cassandra recreated them in gold, set with diamonds and pearls and the detail of a sapphire or ruby cabochon at the tip. From the journey to India.
Indira earring pendants in 18ct white gold set with diamonds 1.7cts., blue sapphire 0.32cts. cabochon and pearls on interchangeable 18ct white gold diamond pave Astrea hoops. Ever in search of the unusual and rare, Cassandra travels the world to source beautiful gemstones, either in the rough or cut form.
