Imperfectly perfect delicious Mexican tortillas. These textured corn discs comprise simple ingredients and embody the authentic craft needed to make them. Cassandra started in her workshop trying to recreate the rough texture of the tortilla. For months, she kept trying to get the texture just right. One day, Cassandra brought in some fresh tortillas and tried pressing the surface of the corn tortilla into the metal - and that wondrous lunar texture glowed back. From the journey to Mexico.

Cassandra herself designs all her jewels and works closely with her stone cutters and craftsmen throughout the process from design through to creation including on her bespoke projects.

The craftsman works as an artist recreating the design in metal. The jewel is then mounted, assayed, polished and set.
