Roi Soleil
The Roi Soleil design is inspired by Louis XIV (1643-1715) also known as the Sun King. He expanded Versailles with the help of Louis Le Vau, Andre Le Notre and Charles Lebrun, moved court and government there in 1682 and held a spectacular firework display.
Citrine
Drawing from the French word "citron", lemon, a citrine gemstone emulates the vitality and freshness of the vivid yellow fruit, as a symbol for prosperity, success, and imagination. Burnished in shades of yellow, from clear glistening yellows to flaming oranges, they are thought of as gemmologist's gold.
