Cassandra's inspiration for her Taj Mahal design comes from a ceiling at the Taj Mahal, Agra. Cassandra recreated the swirling pattern, high in the roof of the pavilion as a spectacular diamond set brooch/centerpiece. Cassandra has also added her whimsical touch by making the centre stone removable, enabling the wearer to transform it from, as an example, a sapphire brooch to a peridot brooch with the greatest ease.
