Cassandra's Amulet design is inspired by the ornate marble details in the Lal Qila (or Red Fort) in Delhi, India. Creating an interesting shank detail for a ring always intrigues Cassandra as it is a very limited space and yet so often seen both by the wearer and the admirer. The detail of three jewels, a pair of small cabochon precious stones set with a rose cut diamond seemed to her to echo the beautiful inlay of the marble she found at the Lal Qila. Amulet 18ct yellow gold ring set with an iolite central stone, four cabochon rubies and two diamonds. Personalisation available.
Cassandra herself designs all her jewels and works closely with her stone cutters and craftsmen throughout the process from design through to creation including on her bespoke projects.
Ever in search of the unusual and rare, Cassandra travels the world to source beautiful gemstones, either in the rough or cut form.
The craftsman works as an artist recreating the design in metal. The jewel is then mounted, assayed, polished and set.
