The design of this pendant is inspired by the tambourine that was brought to Brazil by Portuguese settlers and known locally as a Pandeiro. Cassandra loves jewels with movement, and turning the tiny zils around the edge of the tambourine is something Cassandra likes to do when she is thinking, or pondering over an idea. The pendant comes in two sizes and can be made with mixed metals or set on one side with diamonds so it can be worn for any occasion. From the Journey to Brazil.

The craftsman works as an artist recreating the design in metal. The jewel is then mounted, assayed, polished and set.
