Returns Policy

 For any Cassandra Goad jewels ordered online, you can return them as long as you follow our Returns Procedure set out below.

We strongly advise all clients to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. You will not be able to return any goods if they have been worn or have had the security tag removed. If you receive any goods which do not have a security tag you need to notify our team by phone or e-mail immediately.

If, for whatever reason, you do not like your jewellery, you must get in touch with our showroom within seven working days of delivery. This can be done either by phone on 0207 730 2202 or by emailing

Having contacted the showroom, the pieces should be sent back with their original packaging and a copy of the invoice. Enclosed is an address label and postage sticker, when you have re-sealed your parcel please put the address label on the front and the postage sticker where the stamps are usually placed. The parcel can then either be taken to a Royal Mail Post Office or if your business currently sends Special Delivery items through Royal Mail it may be add to your next collection. You will not be charged for either of these options. Once this has been received by our team we will get in touch to arrange your refund.
