As well as fine, designer jewellery inspired by Cassandra's travels and bespoke pieces, we also provide a range of more traditional jewellery services.
We seal-engrave signet rings, hand engrave crests on pendants, dates & initials inside wedding rings and create facsimile engravings on cufflinks (especially those sketched by children). Our workshop can make any piece personal to you.
Swap Stones, Switch Metals
As an independent brand, Cassandra Goad has the autonomy to take a very personal approach to creating jewellery. Cassandra finds most of her gemstones on her travels, and can source stones from small independent gemstone dealers and stone cutters who she has personally worked with for nearly 35 years. If you are drawn to a design but are interested in changing the metal or stone, Cassandra will be delighted to curate the perfect jewel for you.
Hand Engraving
Cassandra insists on hand engraving her jewellery. She sees engraving as an art form which eternalises lasting memories and can be passed down from generation to generation. With specialist hand engravers at Cassandra Goad, your hidden messages will be etched with artful precision...and they can even be written in your own handwriting!
Bespoke Silhouettes
Together with our silhouette artist we can create silhouettes of children, grandchildren or perhaps something a little more quirky like your beloved pet.
Our silhouette artist will send us a copy of the silhouette which they will make from an image, and from this, a pendant can be made in gold, platinum or silver. A further hand engraving with a name and/or date can also be added making these pendants even more personal. To find out more click here.
Repairs
Whether a beloved earring post has cracked, or an heirloom brooch claws have misshapen, or a clasp no longer working. Our expert craftsmen can repair treasured jewellery back to its original glory. From a damaged engagement ring to a broken chain, bracelet repairs or re-setting missing stones or diamonds.
Insurance Valuations
It is greatly advised to have your jewellery revalued every 2-3 years in the event of loss or damage. Having a professional valuation and formal documentation completed for your precious items will mean you have an accurate description of each item and a measure of the quality in terms of the type of precious metal, the size, colour and clarity of any diamonds, and a description of other stones, as well as an up-to-date replacement cost.
Probate Valuations
A probate valuation is the value of the item were you to sell your item to another buyer. The value is determined taking a number of factors into account including the quality and age of the item, precious metal fineness, gemstone and diamond quality, prevailing tastes, whether it is a collectable and the condition of the item.
Bespoke Designs
Jewellery will always be something exceptionally personal, not least because it sits so closely to our skin, and to our hearts.

Restoring Antique Jewellery
Family heirlooms and antique jewellery hold sentimental attachments to us. Our expert craftsmen can preserve the emotions attached to a beloved piece of jewellery by restoring it to its former glory.
Restringing of Pearls and Bead Necklaces
Re-stringing pearls is a highly specialist craft using silk thread that is recommended to be done every 1-2 years to prolong the life of your pearls.
Signet Rings
We die sink our Signet Rings to add your family crest. We can add crests to necklaces, cufflinks or silver boxes and can also engrave your family motto on the inside of the ring.
