Returns Information

We hope that you will be completely delighted with your new jewels, but if this is not the case, please do let us know as soon as possible. Please contact us at or by telephone on +44 (0) 207 730 2202.

You have up to 14 days to return your order to us, from the date it is received.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for made to order or customised pieces.

We ask that you package your item(s) securely and return to us with a trusted carrier or in person at our London boutique. All items must be received in their original condition.

Please ensure all items are sent within the original packaging, with a copy of the order invoice included.



If you would like to cancel your order before it is dispatched, please contact us. Full details on cancellations can be found in our Terms & Conditions.



If you would like to exchange your item for something a little different, please get in touch with us. We will reserve your items but cannot dispatch them until the original item is returned to us. Any differences in the value of your new item will be requested or deducted before the item is dispatched.



We will endeavour to refund your item as soon as it is received and been quality checked. Refunds will be made to the same payment method for which the original order was paid. Please note that the time in which it takes for you to see the refund within your account is dependant on the card issuer and in some cases, this can take up to 30 days.

We will refund the original amount paid for the item(s) but please be aware that we do not refund shipping costs, or any import duty or taxes incurred as a result of importing internationally.

Items purchased within our boutique may be exchanged for a credit note that is valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
