For all online and telephone orders, Cassandra Goad jewels are always wrapped in her signature navy blue and gold boxes, tied up with ribbons in crisp white monogrammed tissue paper, and placed carefully in a navy posting box. We understand that the magical moment of opening the box is one to always remember. If you would like a more sustainably wrapped gift please either select this option when you check out or ask for it if you call the shop.
We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if this is not the case then for items purchased online we will be happy to refund you.
You will not be able to return any goods if they have been worn or have had the security tag removed.

Having contacted the showroom, the pieces should be sent back with their original packaging and a copy of the invoice. Once this has been received by our team we will get in touch to arrange your refund.
We recommend you send all returns through Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Alternatively, you can bring your items to our Sloane Street store in person.
If you wish to exchange, please email us with your preferred item and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock. Please note that we will not be able to send the new items until we have received your original return, and if a refund for the difference is due this will be processed.
