This form is for formally withdrawing from your purchase contract. It is separate from our standard returns process. Once submitted, our Boutique team will guide you through the next steps for returning your jewel, where required. If you choose to withdraw from your purchase contract, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
