For one of my earliest ring designs, I wanted to recreate the same feeling that a pebble does when thrown into a pool of water. As if the pebble were being the cause of the ripples.

There is something magical about the rings of water that appear when you throw a stone out to sea. An endless flow of ripples spills out, leaving the pattern of a whirlpool So, I named my ring: Whirlpool, and over the years, I have set deep blue sapphires, fiery spinels, and mossy green peridots, at the heart of the ripples. Whirlpool is the perfect gift for a special person who makes ripples in your life.

Drawing from the French word "citron", lemon, a citrine gemstone emulates the vitality and freshness of the vivid yellow fruit, as a symbol for prosperity, success, and imagination. Burnished in shades of yellow, from clear glistening yellows to flaming oranges, they are thought of as gemmologist's gold. Pale stones remind Cassandra of white waterlilies, the brighter yellows of tumbling Banksiae roses, and the golden richer hues of autumnal dahlias. Natural citrine can be found in Brazil, Spain, and Madagascar.
